As a High School Program Manager for AP® Social Studies, you will be responsible for the overall health and financial performance of your discipline portfolio under the BFW Publishers imprint. Responsibilities include evaluating and editing content, directing authors, strategic planning, list management, acquisition of new programs, budgeting, and advocating for programs with marketing and sales.

You will further craft & execute Spring Health’s localization strategy focusing on quality, cost, and speed to market. You will drive process creation across functional teams to deliver localized products and build & manage vendor relationships. You will coordinate the creation and maintenance of linguistic assets, track timelines and projects, owning escalations and risk management.
Assist the Director, Government Programs in developing and maintaining program documentation, including program plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Track project interdependencies and potential roadblocks across different project teams within the program. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure program-wide alignment and information sharing.
