Drive client acquisition for Adlook SMART DSP, take an entrepreneurial approach to winning new business across the Netherlands, and own relationships with various stakeholders at agencies and brands. Also, implement cross selling tactics to drive our platform adoption across the region and evangelize Adlook’s values and USPs within the regional team and clients.

• Develop long-term capacity plans based on growth forecasts and seasonality.
• Oversee scheduling policies and agent preferences to balance efficiency and morale.
• Track and report key metrics related to forecast accuracy and service level.
